Street Pharmacy’s D.I.Y. ethic continued to enthrall fans with their third release and first concept record entitled “The Legacy of Rudy” (2009), which was completely self-financed and recorded in Santiago de Cuba. The album also includes a 30-minute documentary that depicts the trials and tribulations involved with recording in a foreign country along side 5 professional, non-English speaking Cuban musicians.

In August of 2009, after a sold-out performance at their own DIY inspired festival “Bridgestock”, to which 2100 people were in attendance of, Street Pharmacy began working with Handsome Boy/Fontana North to distribute their newest LP.
